The month-long program
Here's what we'll get up to:

PRE-START VIDEOS:
Receive instantly upon enrolment. Explore three training videos including a reminder about what meditation is (and isn't) setting up your own practice space and how meditation works beyond the mat.

PRE-START ONLINE MEET UPÂ
Monday 31st March 6pm AEST: An opportunity to meet with Erin and others embarking on this month-long meditation journey, through a live video call, for a program orientation (recorded for you in case you can't make live call time).

ONLINE HUB
This is where you'll access your meditation audios to practice to each day, ranging from 5-min to 30-min meditation audios. The pre-start videos and other resources will all be housed here, and it's accessible from any device - desktop or mobile.

REMINDERS
You'll receive daily email reminders from Erin on how to approach your practice each day and to cheer you on as you progress with your daily practice.

WEEKLY MEET-UPS
Connect in with Erin and the group every week (Tuesdays 6pm-630pm) and receive teachings tailored to what's coming up for the group as a whole, and you individually (recorded for you if you can't make live time).

GROUP CONNECTIONÂ
Stay in touch with your meditation peers, share your challenges and wins, and ask Erin questions as you progress with your practice - all inside our own private online community.

JOURNAL
Download the included journal to reflect on various aspects of your practice, enabling you to pick up on patterns and nuances in your practices across the month.Â

Erin is the Founder of The Mindful Yoga School, and lead trainer for the school's Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training and Yoga Teacher Training programs. With a personal practice of 25+ years and more than 10 years of dedicated teaching, Erin brings a wealth of study, knowledge and experience to this program.Â
She leads residential mindfulness and meditation retreats, teacher training programs, classes, and workshops supporting people to transition toward a more connected, harmonious and meaningful experience of life through the modalities of yoga, mindfulness and mediation.
