This 7-day online yoga program helps deepen self-awareness and awaken present-moment awareness through the practice of yoga.

 

Each day you'll receive a new yoga video to explore different doorways into Presence supporting clarity of mind, emotional balance, physical wellbeing, and life contentment.

Your daily practice:

Each day includes a 20-40 minute yoga video designed to be accessible for all levels, along with a daily affirmation to carry with you off-the-mat and into your day.

GROUNDING

This gentle, yet activating flow combines grounding postures with awareness of the physical sensations in the body, establishing a strong mind-body connection.

BREATH AWARENESS

This class focuses on moving through poses with mindful awareness, building up to a synchronised and meditative one move-one breath flow, and ending with a 5-minute meditation on the breath.

COMING TO YOUR SENSES

This class focuses on moving through poses with mindful awareness, observing events unfolding through senses sensations, with equanimity and curiosity, closing with a a 5-minute seated meditation on the senses.

BE THE OBSERVER

This yin yoga class invites you to slow down and witness the unfoldings of life as it exists, moment-by-moment, breath-by-breath. There is so much to notice - and realise by slowing down.

FINDING BALANCE THROUGH STILLNESS

This slow and mindful, yet balance-challenging class will awaken you to what brings you into balance - in the physical body, and also mentally and emotionally.

THE POWER OF NOW

Discover how it really feels to collapse the past, and the future, into this moment that’s happening right now, through softening unnecessary tension in a series of longer held and restorative poses.

MOVING MEDITATION

With a whole week of presence-training behind you, you’ll practice moving gracefully through this slow flow, finishing off with a 5-minute seated, then 5-minute lying-down meditation, building on your present moment awareness.
